    Strange has been the only manufacturer approved and sold by Ford Racing to make their cast-iron 9” rear cases (for 3.25” carrier bearings) since its inception. Strange is the sole supplier to Ford Racing for their cast rear case (exclusive to Ford Racing) sold into the Sprint Cup Series. Strange Oval now offers the same N Case (cast iron version only) as sold through Ford Racing. Approved by NASCAR, the traditional nodular iron case offers a more economical alternative to the steel case (M-4141-HS - exclusively available thru Ford Racing). N1908 (Strange Oval Part Number) - 3.250” (M4141H) 9” cast iron case with original chrome-moly caps and cast adjuster nuts. *$290.28 each.   • Torsion Bar Torsion Bar
    Re-stressing allows bars to have greater elastic twist angle and hence more wheel travel. It also drastically reduces bar settling eliminating a need for a racer to bounce a car up and down in order for it to settle at the correct height. During pre-stressing the bars are twisted within the plastic shear zone over a specific angle, unloaded and repeated two more times. The Torsion bars’ strain curves are carefully monitored during the procedure. The procedure causes compressed residual stresses at the outer boundary of a bar increasing its yield strength. Ultimately, this saves time and, more importantly, conditions the bar for immediate on-track use in while also increasing the bars overall longevity.

  • AXLE SEAL 4 rear axle seal
    With certain diameter Strange Oval axles, you’ll need to replace your inboard axle seals to accommodate the smaller axle diameters (O.D’s). Otherwise, you’ll be getting your rear end fluid into your axle tubes. We supply a very well made economical purpose-built 2 stage inboard axle seals for all of our smaller O.D. axles. We asked SEALS-IT to provide these seals to us. SEALS-IT has been supplying NASCAR teams with various seals for over 20 years and it’s all they do. These are 2 stage axle seals that have been designed with minimal drag. Here are the seals available: # AGS094 fits axle (O.D.) diameters from 0.940” to 1.100” # AGS110 fits axle (O.D.) diameters from 1.100” to 1.200”
  • Strange Oval Drive Plate Features & Benefits: Drive Plate ADW530 (Cambered) Strange Oval Introduces Their New 5-on-5 Cambered Drive Plate For Asphalt Late Model. They fit Howe, PCR & Vogel style 5-on-5 hubs. It’s over 1 pound lighter than other equivalent drive plates available and allows for up to 2° of rear camber with straight splined axles. The hub cap comes with 3 socket head cap screws. The (optional) race-day aluminum bullet weighs 0.35 lbs. and slides over the existing flat hub cap and is secured with the same flat cap socket head screws. The bullet cap has an indexed fit so the pre-machined lug nut lines on the cap line up exactly with the wheel studs every time. The axles can be removed without having to remove the drive plate from the hub. Simply remove the drive plate hub cap and pull the axle straight out of the axle tube.

    • The Strange Oval drive plate ADW550 is used exclusively for rear 5-Lug, WIDE-5 SMART HUB applications that are commonly used on the Northeast Dirt Modified applications. These drive plates consist of all-aluminum housing with a pressed in steel splined insert and steel sleeved lug mount holes. Used in conjunction with Strange Oval axles, our spline tolerances (between the axle splines and drive plate splines) are tighter and more uniform. These “closely mated” tolerances will provide better spline life of both the axles and drive plates. Strange Oval drive plates will work with virtually every 24-spline outboard axle end on the market.

Used in conjunction with Strange Oval axles, our spline tolerances (between the axle splines and drive plate splines) are tighter and more uniform. These “closely mated” tolerances will provide better spline life of both the axles and drive plates. This Strange Oval drive plate will work with every 24-spline outboard axle spline on the market.
